FIREPROOF ~ The Movie

On Sun. May 24th, the Family Bible Study Adults were invited to join together to watch the movie FIREPROOF!!  We had 22 adults watching the movie, and 14 kids being looked after!  It was an excited time to watch this stirring movie ~ and pray that it will bring families and marriages closer together!

The Love Dare Book is now being delivered and Tricia has copies available to those who are interested in taking this fabulous challenge to invest time and energy into their God-given spouse!!

Bible Memorization

Challenge!!!  What would it take??

I read this week that children that have gone through the AWANA Christian Club program are  90%  more likely to continue in their faith and be serving the Lord as adults ~ due to Bible Memorization!!

Young People go Tobogganning!

On Sunday January 28th a group of Senior Young People from Family B.S. #3 went Tobogganning behind Harmony Baptist Church.  They returned, snow covered and soaken wet, to Hot Chocolate and a toasty fire!!  Good photos, Triona!!



CEF Devotional Books for Children ~ put out by Child Evangelism Fellowship

Wonder Devotional Books are a series of Devotional guides for children, that work through 60 days of Scripture passages, focusing on different aspects of God.  These devotional guides are geared to kids under 13 yrs of age (although not exclusive) and kids work through Books 1 to 6.  After completing 30 days in each Book, children will receive a reward (~ see Tricia).  To get copies of the Wonder Devotional Books, provided by the Board of Evangelism & Discipleship, please see Arlie or Tricia.

Summer Bible Study at the Mosses with Family B.S. #2 ~ a soggy event!!

The kids had a great time and got soaking wet, while the parents enjoyed a time of fellowship during one of our summer Bible Studies together.

The infamous volleyball challenge!!!  Lots of exercise and fun, but still not sure who really won!!  Great fellowship, sharing and lots of laughs.  Thanks Anita for booking and arranging us to be at beautiful BurBaLac.
